ECOCLUB 360 Ghanata Senior High School Club Members Observed Green Ghana Day

On June 7, 2024 EcoClub 360 club members and staff of Ghanata Senior High School engaged in tree planting activity on campus, with support from Forestry Commission, to observe Green Ghana Day. Multipurpose, shade and fruit trees were planted at different locations to provide food and shade for staff and students. We were privileged to be joined by some members of the Ladies Association of Ghana Fire Service, Greater Accra Region. Nature-based solution is an effective adaptation measure for addressing the threats of the global climate crisis. It is our collective responsibility to preserve our ecosystem for a sustainable future.
